Here comes the tide!’ Waves crash hard, and rock the yard, Opalescent Moon Jelly ride Anemones sway, as the Clownfish play, They’re Romping in the Pulsing Tide, (Yeah, they’re) Romping in the Pulsing Tide Octopus plays the electric bass, Guitar, drums and saxophone, He’s a one-man band, He’s the best in the land Rockin’ the Intertidal Zone! Periwinkles race, At a snail’s pace, Doin’ that ‘Seaweed Slide’ Tapping their feet, To the Surfin’ Beat, Rockin’ to the Rhythm of the Tide (Yeah, they’re) Rockin’ to the Rhythm of the Tide Sea Stars sing, Brown Kelp swing, Undulating passing wave Anemones sway, As the Clownfish play, And the Crab sidles back in his cave. Cities of mussels, Hold on tight, Shrimp flicker by with pomp Snails are still a-tapping their feet, Rockin’ to the ‘Tide Pool Stomp!’ (Yeah, they’re) Rockin’ to the ‘Tide Pool Stomp!’ |
